Had a very bad experience when I ordered yellow sapphire from them. Received a very bad quality stone with crack for which i paid around 80k. The emerald stones in the ring fell off the same day. So returned it and requested for a polished stone. Received the repaired jewel after 3 weeks only to find half of the stone has disappeared in polishing. Waste of my money. I wouldn’t have lost my money had they given a good quality product in the first place.
Update: I appreciate vignesh’s sincere efforts to resolve this issue. Vignesh called me as soon as he saw my message and agreed to refund the amount. I settled for the difference in carat value and he refunded it immediately. I know things escalated very quickly but he was patient and acted immediately on the resolution. Much appreciated. 5 stars for customer service.

Sorry for the situation. The stone was shown in video before setting and the requested repair was done from door step. While the shaping of gem, weight loss is inevitable. If you still feel unsatisfied we are ok to replace the gem for you. Thank you.
