Refund Policy: If your cancellation request is approved within the specified timeframe, we will process the refund within 10 working days to the original payment method used during the purchase. Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized jewellery items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, as they are specifically crafted to your requirements. Please contact our customer support team for more information regarding custom order cancellations.

For Gemstone : There is zero refund policy for gemstone, Once the order is confirmed the customer is liable for 100% payment.

Exceptions: In the rare event that an item is out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund or offer an alternative product of equal value.
